Elizabeth Grant Photography was looking to expand their presence online and elegantly present their portfolio to potential customers. Features including: individual service portfolios, pricing models, and a blog were created for the website. It was built upon the WordPress CMS with a customized theme.

Challenges

Website portfolios can contain a large amount of photos, if not loaded correctly they can pose a major slow loading time for each webpage. Slow loading times not only deter users from the website, they also reduce your websites Google quality metric score. A low score can result in problems ranking on major search engines. Using image compression and page caching we were able to reduce page load times, while still showing the user high quality photos.
